All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Here's why, and it's the same reason every serious collector shop operates this way:

Pin values fluctuate. A pin listed at $45 today may be worth $60 next week or $30 the week after. Accepting returns would create an opening for buyers to return pins when the market moves against them, and that's not a fair system for anyone. Every collector in this hobby understands this. 

What we promise: every listing is accurate. Condition is graded honestly. Edition sizes and origins are verified. Photos show the actual pin you receive. If a listing has an error on our end, we will make it right.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage immediately, both the packaging and the pin, and contact us at hello@themeparkpins.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve it.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, contact us and we will investigate with USPS. We recommend tracked shipping for all orders over $50.
